• 1) What FlipFresh is

  FlipFresh provides educational routines, tools, and digital materials to help organize after-work transitions and evening structure. We do not provide medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Results vary by individual effort and context.

• 2) Who may use

  You must be 18+ and able to enter binding contracts. If you access on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that company.

• 3) Accounts & access

  Some content requires an email signup or purchase. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for all activity under your access.

• 4) Purchases & billing

  Merchant of Record: Vyrom Digital OÜ (Stripe via Systeme.io).

  Taxes: No VAT is currently charged. If and when VAT or other sales taxes become applicable (e.g., upon registration or in certain jurisdictions), they will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  Invoices/receipts: Downloadable as a PDF on the order-confirmation page, or sent by email upon request to yes@flipfresh.co

• 5) Digital goods & the EU cooling-off rule

  By accessing downloads/streams immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to early performance and acknowledge the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once delivery begins. If you do not want immediate access, contact support before opening the files/links.

• 6) Refunds

  See the Refunds section below. Where a refund is issued, access may be revoked. Chargeback abuse may lead to account termination.

• 7) Lead magnets & emails

  When you opt in, you consent to receive FlipFresh emails (tips, product updates, offers). You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email. See Privacy Policy for details.

• 8) Acceptable use

  Do not: scrape, resell, share paywalled files, infringe IP, or run automated requests. No unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.

• 9) Intellectual property

  All content (text, PDFs, images, frameworks) is owned by Vyrom Digital OÜ or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. No redistribution without written permission.

• 10) Health & earnings disclaimers

  FlipFresh is educational only. We make no medical or earnings claims. Consult a professional for health, nutrition, or financial matters.

• 11) Service changes

  We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance. Where materially adverse to paid users, we’ll notify by email where feasible.

• 12) Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipFresh/Vyrom Digital OÜ are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for paid users is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence/wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

• 13) Indemnity

  You agree to indemnify Vyrom Digital OÜ against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use or IP infringement.

• 14) Third-party services

  We use trusted vendors (e.g., payment, email delivery). Their terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

• 15) Governing law & disputes

  These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, with mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also applying where required. Courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer forums.

• 16) Changes to Terms

  We may update Terms. We’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

Our products are digital. By accessing them immediately, the EU 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once delivery begins.

By clicking “Access Now” or opening the files/links immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply once delivery begins. • When refunds are possible
  We’ll refund if:

  • You have not accessed the digital content and request a refund within 14 days of purchase; or

  • There was a duplicate charge, accidental double purchase, or a technical issue we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

  When refunds are not available

  • After content access (downloads/streams opened).

  • Change of mind after access.

  • Expired time-limited offers once access occurred.

  • Abuse (excessive download attempts, redistribution, chargeback misuse).

  Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

  • Past periods are not refundable once access for that period began, except as above or where required by law.

  How to request
  Email yes@flipfresh.co with order email, date, product, and reason. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

  Chargebacks & access
  Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to access revocation and account closure.

  Statutory rights
  Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
